Agreement Between yx8 and the User
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yx8 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of yx8.bio, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment functions, bonuses, promotions, and any other features made available through the platform. By accessing yx8.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Who May Register and Use yx8
Access to yx8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Any person who does not meet all of these requirements is strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the platform.
- Minimum Age — You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on yx8. Age will be verified during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance returned in accordance with these Terms.
- One Account Per Person — Each individual may hold only one account on yx8. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate Information — You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information when registering and throughout your use of the platform. Any false, misleading, or outdated information discovered during KYC verification may result in account suspension.
- Self-Exclusion Status — You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by yourself on yx8 or through any other gambling operator or regulatory programme. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.

Account Registration, Verification, and Security
To use yx8 you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, creating a secure password, and accepting these Terms. Registration is free. No fees are charged for opening or maintaining an account on yx8.
KYC verification is mandatory before yx8 will process any withdrawal request. During KYC you will be required to submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document (National ID Card, passport or driving licence) and confirm your registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- Password Security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. yx8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.
- Account Suspension — yx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or underage play.
- Inactive Accounts — An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. yx8 may apply an administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after giving 30 days' written notice to the registered mobile number.
- Account Closure — You may request closure of your yx8 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad number within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
yx8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, however yx8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its discretion.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is subject to the limits stated in the platform's payment section at the time of the request. yx8 processes most withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Eid and national holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.
- Currency — All transactions on yx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
- KYC Before Withdrawal — yx8 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been successfully completed. This is a one-time process. Once KYC is approved, future withdrawals are processed without requiring re-verification unless account details change or yx8 flags a security concern.
- Withdrawal to Registered Method Only — Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered to and verified under your yx8 account. yx8 will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not linked to your profile.
- Refused Transactions — yx8 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases yx8 may freeze the account pending investigation.
- No Third-Party Funding — You may only deposit funds into your yx8 account using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any such deposit identified will be returned and the account reviewed for compliance with these Terms.
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
yx8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and IPL seasons. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.
yx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be removed from your account without further notice. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms — for example by placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements artificially — will have their bonus funds cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
Activities Strictly Prohibited on yx8
The following activities are prohibited on yx8 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Opening or using more than one account on yx8 under any name, mobile number, payment method, device or IP address combination.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players in any game or betting market.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, using yx8 for money laundering, or attempting to abuse the payment system in any way including through chargeback fraud.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or withdrawal requests.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
yx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material, yx8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via a notification on the platform or a message to the registered mobile number. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. The version of the Terms in force at the time of your use of the platform governs that use.
If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of yx8 and close your account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure described in these Terms. Continued use of the platform after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
